So step 1 drops the .40 unlocker back on my device correct? Once step 1 was completed my device wanted to reboot but instead I put it back into bootloader mode and moved to step 2. I then flashed the Sprint ROM you listed, and did not let customizations run. Once it rebooted I checked the PRI and it still says 2.03_002. Ok so how did you get 1.37 back after step 2, and am I doing anything wrong up to this point in your estimation?

Flash the Bell 6.1 Rev A rom and that will get you to PRI 1.37_002, and as always DO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMIZATIONS,
