Love the 2.1 ROM I finally have my city, and do not have to use the stylus anymore. I've been playing with Manilla since the .cabs first started coming out and this is the first time I've seen it work so smoothly and with no hiccups. GREAT ROM!!!

Copy all of the files from the \Program Files\Skyfire directory to the \Windows directory. Then rename skyfire.exe to operal.exe. You should rename operal.exe to operal1.exe and create a new shortcut in \Windows\Start Menu\Programs, if you don't your Opera shortcuts will open Skyfire.

Do you know of a way to create a shortcut to the settings menu? Just like the one in the Start Menu? I know how to make shortcuts for the specific items in the Control Panel but I cannot make it go to the General Settings menu. I tried adding htcsettings.exe in the Windows folder, and it works but the screen is all messed. I don't think its meant to run on WM6.1.

I got this figured out. I found a settings.exe program here on ppcgeeks that will do this for you.

Your efforts are most appreciated! Just a couple of questions: 1. Since the ROM is not carrier specific, when do I run the dcd carrier cab? 2. Will my TomTom begin to look for satellites automatically or will I have to add some sort of starter like gpsviewer? Thaks again for the great work!

After your phone has run customizations and reset install the carrier cabs.
