sorry my terminology may be off from the norm

for me a soft reset is manually turning phone off then back on
a hard reset is using the stylus in the pinhole (like when the phone is froze up)
and then reflashing is having to reflash the ROM by either red, green and pinhole or from scratch off the rom update utility

in this case I hard reset the phone, thus just used the stylus in the pinhole

No problem, if I can help then why not - did you see the "fix" for the photo album as well?

BTW love the transparent clock for Su2U - those backgrounds come with the censor bars or were they added, shame if they are there all the time LOL

lol nope i added them becuase i know there are some youngn's on the site - anyway, yea i fixed the photo album but i still cant get youtube to play - i can get on the app and browse but when i go to play it will freeze up... what did you mean by Prime internet?

priming your internet = start a browser and connect to a page then jump onto a internet based app aka youtube

I dont know then, like I said my youtube ran right off the start without issue,

Ill see if I can play around and search a bit and come up with a fix or at least a workaround

i got an empty RUU folder and when ever i run it my computer would crash

empty eh... should have been at least 1 ruu file
how would your PC crash if it was an empty file?

try deleting the file you have, downloading it again and try again - may have corrupted in the download

Besides the other comments about what is not working, I noticed that on Contacts, there is a "..." option and everytime I click it I get an error about Fail to load SAPI or ConactSDMenuRes.dll.

Also, I though that the weather in this was supposed to allow for Custom Settings, but when I try to load a Custom city, it says that it couldnt download.
