This is sweet..very fast indeed.

Is there a way to customize the Today plugin - TouchFlo ? I want to craete some space for Birthday reminder app that I use... but can't seem to be able to get rid of the analog clock and the Alarm/calendar/calls from there..

youtube wasn't working out the box for me either using this rom. However it works now, after installing this fix:

theres a black theme in there already. Thats as far as i will go. I dont know if i will release today. Im really tired and having some personal issues.
