[UPDATED 9/30/08] v1.6 WDM's M2D Diamond ROM w/ UC!!!

Great ROM. Only issue I am having is my iGO 08 is getting stuck on the Start-up screen. I have performed both a soft reset and a hard reset. No luck. Any ideas or suggestions?

Sometimes my iGO8 won't load at all. Then I'll try again later, maybe after a soft reset, and it loads up and works fine???? Not sure what could be the cause. Try reinstall of iGO.

You need to prime your GPS before trying to use iGO8. I use GPS viewer initially to prime the GPS and install the software, then I use AstroGPS with the iGO8 launcher. Goto http://www.dbhqs.com/dumb4ever to get the 2 files. Install the AstroGPS.cab which is the program that will prime your GPS, then put the lnk file in your /Windows/Programs folder. Then just run the lnk file when you want to use iGo8 and it will prime your GPS and start iGO8 at the same time.

(2) Change the value to M/d/yy and exit

(5) Go to messages and resync. You shuld now be able to open and view the PICS.

I just did this again last night after I reloaded ROM v1.5, so I know it works.

nevermind. I installed the clean version of the ROM and installed my own smms works fine now.

GREAT ROM!!! thanks a lot.

Is there ne way to get a hold of some of the cabs you have installed on the full version? I liked a lot of them but didn't need all of it.

Great rom - 2 things -

WHen openning up threaded SMS it seems to kinda bounce back and forth between letting you use the keyboard and viewing the message (keyboard comes upa nd then dissappears before you can type)

I am also have issues authenticating again my gmail account....

Anyone else?

maybe I am a moron (which is possible) but every time I try to access the link at the top of the page for the "Update radio" I get a message that says:

"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons..."

I just signed up for this forum yesterday and I verified my account with the email message I recieved. Anyone have any idea why I can't seem to access that link? Or do you know where else I could find that file that it would let me access? Thanks!

I'm not sure what I did! Some how I got rid of the 2d plugin? I checked un checked re checked the box again and It says tap here to launch touchflo but the thing won't launch.... any suggestions?
