VZW AGPS Fixed at XDA

GC14 over at XDA came up with a fix for Verizon GPS Locks.

I was looking at 5,10, 15 minute locks if I got any at all. I applied his newest QPST settings and am currently getting 10-15 sec locks every time. I took the battery out several times to start cold and it worked great every time.
