Hey does anyone know if this will work with out the dcd carrier.cab ??/

It will...my cab only added phone codes, CDMA Extend Functionality, Internet Sharing Hack, and GetSPC.

Also, dcd has a new cab out.

If you have trouble with the battery icons after installing DCD's cab just change the following reg entry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BaseDll"="phcanOverbmp.dll"

can you prove a link to his new cabs?

Also hdkilner.. you can use it without the cab but you will not have internet settings

How do I find the advanced settings on this ROM? The screen where you enable the Location, Run the IOTA, etc? I haven't been able to find it through the usual menus.

Those options were not there for me either until I installed the Alltel PPST cab. So you should search out whatever carrier PPST cab you need.
