Sorry guys. I use PCMKB all the time and its always worked flawlessly for me. My 2nd preference is resco keyboard but its not free, I tried touchpal a while back but it always screwed up the other keyboards.
Hey Con, have you cooked in any of shadow techs agps settings? and where do you change GPSmode and position calculation? and when you call ##3424 do you push send before you connect?

It is not possable to cook the setting into the rom, since they are on the GpsOne chip, and the rom file has no part of that, so there is no way that I can cook it into the rom, I can do the registry, but that is not has important has the GpsOne tab in QPST.

The important thing is to put in the ip address, and then also the server, and check the boxes, that is the important thing. The GPSmode is not to big of a deal, I have change it, and i have left it where it is, and it works either way.

Yes dial ##3424 and press send, this will load up a special program.

ok I just read on the other thread you said something about cooking some settings in. so GPSmode and position calc arent that important. where are these settings located? all I see is location settings and external gps

Here is an idea about the next update to come, also I would like some input. I can do 3 different versions.
1. HTC Home
2. Manilla 2D
3. Manilla 2D and HTC home Together.

What would everyone prefer?

And then also If I do option the option #3, then the items circle in the screen shot, will not work in manilla. When HTC home is installed with it, those 3 items will not work.

How big of a deal is the Sound tab, the About tab and the Wallpaper tab in manilla?

I will try a few more things to get around this, but if those 3 tabs are not deal breakers then I can include both manilla and HTC home.

Please give your input so I know.

there are located in the registry.
Here is the path for the AGPS

HKLM/Software/HTC/Supl AGPS

from here you should see some of the AGPS setting. The other settings are in the GpsOne chip.

I could care less about the 'About' tab and the 'Wallpaper' tab in Manilla. I do use the sound tab on a daily basis though. I know there are other ways around this though to adjust sound settings.

Do you know if the bluetooth activesync issue will be fixed now by using the 'official' alltel rom and your customizations??

I hope that it is, I have not got a real chance to play around with any of it yet. I will do that the next day or two. I really do hope that I can get that fixed, I know it has been a pain for you.

I would personally be happy with the manilla or both but I will probably still just use manilla. Will including both slow anything down?
