Battery Life on On Vogue with Various ROMs

Wondering if we can try to catalog the type of battery life people are getting on their ROMs. Yes, I know, varied user characteristics and the programs they run, as well as carrier, will greatly affect the battery performance, but I thought it would be interesting to see what people are getting.

I think this could be very helpful for people interested in finding a ROM where battery life is an important factor. Maybe we're all getting about the same battery life, or maybe there are those of use out-lastin' everyone else.

So, here's a generic form, fill it out simply, and feel free to answer the poll at the top. Additional helpful comments would be great, especially if you have compared ROMs in regards to battery life. If you try to think about a day in the recent past your data will be more accurate. Usage characteristics: light to moderae
Programs Running: email autocheck every half hour, AEBPlus
Approx average daily internet time: 15-30min
Approx daily talk time: 15-30 min
Approx age of your battery: 1 week
Approx daily battery life: Maybe 12-14 hours

Additional Comments: I play it safe and soft reset after using GPS, which I use rarely. I keep screen brightness at 2/4. Love the ROM from OMJ, looking forward to trying other ROMs.

im running my own rom heavy usage 1 hr of internet and it last all day easy

note: running seido 2000mah battery recommend to anyone in need

Programs Running: push email from exchange server
Approx average daily internet time: 30+ minutes

Approx age of your battery: 2 months (new with phone in June)
Approx daily battery life: Unplugged at 6 a.m. Down to 40% by bedtime.

Is that 30mins slowly reading some news stories, 30mins loading 100's of different pages, 30mins download files

Is your backlight set to power off, is your phone set to go into standby, do you have long text/ringtones. Do you turn off gps the instant you don't need it

Given you can get car chargers, wall chargers and charge off any USB - When you can just charge it!

Programs Running: messaging, various programs... normally very few
Approx average daily internet time: 5 - 30 min depeninding if im out or at home
Approx daily talk time:really different every day.. average.. 20 - 40 min
Approx age of your battery: about 1 and 1/2 weeks or 2 weeks
Approx daily battery life: 10 - 14

Additional Comments: Some ROM's really drain my batter... OMJ's drained it pretty fast.. the Official Sprint ROM does pretty well... My own ROM does nicely

Additional Comments: after switiching from the official release, i was able to switch back from my extended battery to the slim oem battery.

Usage characteristics: light to moderae
Programs Running: started running auto-email check every 5 minutes, but switched to every 30
Approx average daily internet time: When needed
Approx daily talk time: Depends on the caller
Approx age of your battery: Near a month
Approx daily battery life: Maybe Mostly all day, but varies with usage.

Note: I have the UTStarcoom 2200mAh battery. It's a bit of a shame I get such a short life out of it, but again, it depends on what it's used for.

Usage Characteristics: Heavy
Programs Running: Push Maill, Tons of apps that are always open in the background (i dont close anything i use often), Several hours of GPS (on and off, I deliver things), Youtube player, general stupid apps that i play with, I text and aim a lot. Bluetooth ALL day, connected to jawbone from 8am to 8-10pm (woot for jawbone). Screen 50% bright most of the day, 100% if its ULTRA sunny out...
Approx Average Daily Internet Time: 60-90
Approx Daily Talk Time: 30-90 (Depends on how many annoying customers call me)
Approx Age Of your Battery: 2 months?
Battery Type: 2400 mah $12 chinese ebay battery
Approx Daily Battery Life: If i charge in car during GPS usage it will last 8am-midnight
If im not working that day, so i dont charge at all in car and dont use gps, it will last 8am-midnight

Note: This ppckitchen build is the best battery life i have gotten so far (used tons of roms) and its also the fastest one i have used
