Ok honestly I was going to say something smart *** to you and like "duh I know where it f'ing is" because I stated in the beginning of my message that I wanted the original options in the Regional Settings. But I double checked that what I saw late last night was still there (or not there) and saw that by default the Region is set to "English (Canada)". I probably would have never checked that, I am just used to it always being set to USA by default.
