A lot of people have been saying that this ROM is forcing phone as modem... but I don't even have "Phone as Modem" as an option in my connections.
GPS works great, EvDo works great. Just wish it wasnt so freakin slow... will probably end up going back to JD's rom. |

Is there a certain way we're supposed to set up the GPS in the settings for it to work? I'm not getting any luck from rinning googlemaps right out of the box.
I'm also having that "provisioning data" issue as well... |

and if i press dial it brings up the number pad and says power saving mode and press any number key. pressing a number key does nothing of course...

So I flashed the new Sprint ROM and then JDs latest Hybrid. Now my data doesn't work. It just says dialing CDMA data and then I get "The page cannot be displayed." I'm on Sprint and I can make calls. How do I get data back?

Argh... phone in airplane mode. GPS works. GMaps won't work of course... but TomTom is fine.

hmm. i was actually getting faster and stronger gps locks on vetvito's with this PRI update...
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=29943 not exactly sure why or what the difference is, needless to say i'm headin back.
