Can you please tell me how to do this? Typcially I rename an nbh file but since there are 2 nbh files - I don't know what to do.

1.nbh is the radio.
2.nbh is the rest.

Rename 2.nbh to VOGUIMG.NBH and put that in the root of your SD card... and get it back into the bootloader.

so you have to do all of that just to install this update ? why cant this be done via active sync only ? ive tried 4 times with a 260 error message and my phone displays a rainbow color. if this is that much of a hassle ill wait to do this upgrade.

Thanks - so I just ignore the radio update? or do I do the same thing before or after the 2.nbh?

I'd skip the radio update for now... if the 2.nbh flash goes fine then I'd try to do the whole thing over again with the .exe and ActiveSync.

When you have the new OS installed ensure you can connect with ActiveSync to the phone first before running the .exe.

If you can't connect with ActiveSync to the phone then the RUU (Rom Update program) likely won't go well.

i thought this was an exe that had to run from windows ? im new to this upgrading, what do you mean flash from the sd card ?
