No, if you have a Sprint Touch just run the executable and follow the instructions on screen.

It works...but for some reason on my phone i have to do that every time i go to the call log screen....it used to stay at all calls once it was changed before....is that the same for everyone?

I tried the same thing. The problem is it always reverts back to "Miss calls" filter even without a soft reset reset. Super annoying. Whoever know register hack to put "All call" filter as default would be great.

GPS is great. I Drove from las vegas to oceanside. using live serach my phone lasted just about three hours with "center on GPS" selected. i am thoroughly happy.

There is no bluetooth icon/indicator at the top of the today screen when my bluetooth headset is connected. I seem to remember a bluetooth icon present with the previous Sprint ROM. Is there a setting or registry fix to add the bluetooth icon?

Also, I use Microsoft Voice Command and it works well. When using MSVC with a bluetooth headset and a call comes in, the ringtone is only heard through the bluetooth headset. Is there a way to get the ringtone to be heard through the handset and still be able to answer using a bluetooth headset? EDIT - Read Definitive Guide for MSVC in xda and this is a common complaint. Here is the link to that xda thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=391262.

I have also noticed the issue where the calls button on the home screen will default to just missed calls. The original ROM would show all call history if there were 0 missed calls displayed on the home screen. Even if you select to show all calls, it reverts back to only missed calls when you tap the calls button on the home screen. I searched through the registry, but didn't find anything that jumped out as the setting for this. Anyone else had any luck with changing this back to the way it used to be?
