As compared to the leaked sprint rom:

The radio has updated ... 3.37.15 to 3.42.30

The rom has updated ... 3.02 to 3.03

The OS / SYS has NOT updated ... remains at 5.2.19208

So can the other carriers flash this to get the radio like last time?

doubtful its an official release and wont recognize other carrier models. have to wait for someone to pull it apart.

to upgrade the radios before you had to flash the official release and reset before customizations..then flash with another rom

Correct. Other carriers other than Sprint CAN flash this ROM to get the radio much the same way everyone was flashing the Alltel ROM however exercise extreme caution that you do NOT allow customization to run unless you are on Sprint.

yes i can read. and as i said the RUU updater wont recognize your device because its not a sprint device to upgrade ROMs so the radio wont update, nothing will until someone pulls it apart for the radio

unless i'm missing something i have to disagree with you. have you tried it on a device from another carrier?
