If that doesn't work, it's back to trial and error:

Try GPS viewer
Try installing the original leaked rom first

After several long sessions of waiting to get a lock and installing several different files, it finally locked after about 15 minutes today. Thanks for the help everyone!

Congrats, but you should be able to get a lock within minute now-- or might be longer depending on where you are standing. How much time does it take for GPS to lock in?
