Some of that information is not contained in the OS portion of the rom and can't be made into an oem without creating a file that edits it. If you can provide me with the registry edit settings, I can OEM those for you.

Yes, I've done one for the diamond/touchpro in my vga requests thread. I think tsowen has some all .cab'd up with sdk certs and all. Link to one of those and I can do it. (I haven't read that whole monster thread to know the ins-n-out) yet. If you got a .cab that installs the custom icons from stock, sure.
