quick question..if i just make a rom with out 2d..than install it with a cab after i flash it, does it take more space than if i cook it with a 2d oem in the rom?

Usually less space. Some of the OEM's get copied out of windows to the program files dir for them to work with manila. A .cab install gives you only one copy of the file on your device.

Nope, I was thinking about doing another megapack update...With maybee the reg and ftp addin, I didn't like the today plugin...What do you think?

ya I never use the today plug-in myself - not that it isnt actually pretty nice, not entirely sure why i didnt use it - just didnt. but I do find the reg plug-in EXTREMELY useful, and generally end up installing the ftp one

so my vote is go for it!


EDIT: so i guess i can assume that i will not be able to install the reg add-in, since it will be looking in program files for the base explorer app?

How about the ftp, and registry plugin. I flashed and tested, but I'm not a Resco-User.

- Sorry, no sorry Today Plugin included.

Tip: Set it all up the way you want, and then export the key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Resco\Explorer] from your registry and replace the ones in the RGU file! This will install your favorites/settings for you!
