Here are how my folders look:
program files/MarsWare/WeatherPanel/ and in that folder it contains a data and a themes folder and some other icons underneath. In the data folder, there are the city codes and in the themes folder, there is a default folder and a wweatherPanel folder. In the default folder, it contains and arrows folder and some files underneath and of course in the wweatherpanel folder, there are a bunch of files. Is that the way the set up is supposed to be?

Okay, with what's in the data folder, you know things are working; you just can't see the display yet. I had the same problem when first setting WP up with it being installed as an
oem; it just took a while to make sure things got into the right folder for it to display. I'm in the middle of something now, though, and won't be able to devote more time to this til tonight.
