Still not working. Question, do you put all the contents from the "WWeatherPanel_Skin_Son-of-Commuter-240" folder into the root of the themes folder or do you leave the contents in the WWeatherPanel_Skin_Son-of-Commuter-240 folder and just place the entire folder in the root of the themes folder?

in the Program Files\Marsware\WeatherPanel folder, there should be a Themes folder. Put the Son-of-Commuter folder in there. Also move the Default folder in Program Files\Marsware\ into the WeatherPanel\Themes folder. See what you have in settings then.

Still nothing fred. I go to settings, edit, weather images, add new, next to "select weather image, i hit the drop down arrow and there is nothing to choose from. I do get a message that says" NOTE: All stored images for this city have been deleted. Please refresh to get updated weather images"

Here are how my folders look:
program files/MarsWare/WeatherPanel/ and in that folder it contains a data and a themes folder and some other icons underneath. In the data folder, there are the city codes and in the themes folder, there is a default folder and a wweatherPanel folder. In the default folder, it contains and arrows folder and some files underneath and of course in the wweatherpanel folder, there are a bunch of files. Is that the way the set up is supposed to be?

Okay, with what's in the data folder, you know things are working; you just can't see the display yet. I had the same problem when first setting WP up with it being installed as an oem; it just took a while to make sure things got into the right folder for it to display. I'm in the middle of something now, though, and won't be able to devote more time to this til tonight.
