Re: Custom OEM Requests ...Get them here! Updated: 4/18/09
I've been trying out a lot of the different apps and plug-ins included in the BuildOS PPCKitchen, but a LOT of them are out of date. I have some updated cabs of some of them, but I can't seem to OEMize them myself without hv and rgu errors. But basically you're saying that you can no longer make QVGA OEMs for like, say, the Vogue?

I can still make them, just ones that come across my desk usually require a device. Registry exports, file location, etc. I do have an OEM tutorial out, or post up the request as their are still many skilled folks with a qvga device. And the simple ones I will do as well.

Well, here's one I can't seem to find, so here's the attached cab if you need it. I've tried packaging it, but I have no idea where to begin regarding editing the rgu and initflash so it will properly install and work out of the box. As far as other OEMs go, can anyone recommend me some good ones for browsing, alarm, MMS (for Cricket Vogue, anyway), and T9 keyboards?

Spb apps almost always require a device and can be installed via user customization.

here is slightly customized Showaco chome editor 1.6 OEM.It will create "Utilities" in start menu. You can rename "Utilities" to system tools or anything you want by modifying initflash.txt and ***rgu***
