So is this file (RUU_PPST_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_3[1].03.651.2_Radio_3.42.30_AM_NV_2.04_Ship.exe) the official ROM? If so, is there a reason it hasn't been posted on Sprint or HTC's website? Must be really, really new!
