OK. I think GPS is working for me on OMJ's newest version. The only problem is that I'm still getting DL speeds of 15o to 250 mostly. I checked and found that this time my REV A is Disabled. I'd like to enable it but I can't find that program that helps you get it. Can someone please post the link.

I followed all of the steps fron the first post in this thread but I think my sprint touch may be bricked. It starts to boot but hangs at the HTC splash screen. Is there anything I can do to fix it or return to the oem rom?

Downloaded a couple of hours ago, working fine............can't find the registry hacks for the "trusted certificate" thing..........'cause I can't get my SKYFIRE browser to load.

Put your phone in bootloader mode by pressing the top power button, camera button, then shove your stylus in your reset hole on the bottom of the phone. As long as it says 'USB' you can run the romupdateutility. It's them ""new tools""...

Thanks for the help rstoyguy. I got into bootloader mode fine and ran the OMJ RUU (OMJ.WM6.1.GPS.OEM.Sprint.NEW.exe) successfully, but it still hangs on bootup. the bootloader screen shows:

VOGU100 MFG
SPL-2.31.Coke
CPLD-3

Do I just need to run the oem rom again? If so, is it available for download here on the board?

What I did is flash a rom from ppckitchen.org. Here are my steps.
1. build a ppckitchen rom.
--for your bootsplash select 240x320: 1: HTC.png
--I kept my ingredients to 4 or 5 must haves
2. flash your ppckitchen rom
3. flash omj's rom.

Don't know why, but it worked for me...and good luck to ya!

edit: Or you can reflash the whole v3.02 rom package.

I flashed the v3.02 rom then the the omj rom and now everything works fine.

does anyone know how can i use the kitchen from ppckitchen along with the buildos software from there, but what im trying to figure out is how do i incorporate these cabs with the rom, i have about 10 cab files i would like to add to create a little custom rom... can anyone help me out, omj or rstoyguy maybe since u guys are the minds behind many of the projects?
