TouchPal isn't working for me either....

After I install Weatherpanel, the fonts on opera browser 8 become large and distorted. Anyone have a link to a cab I can try to install opera 8 again after installing Weatherpanel?

I am having trouble with playing youtube with the omj sprint rom. Is anyone else having this issue? I keep getting errors. If that issue could be fixed then I could say thhat this rom is damn near flawless.

I'm confused. Didn't you have CokeMan's 2.31 SPL loaded when you were testing out the other GPS ROMs and for flashing the Sprint leaked ROM? Why did you have to flash Cokeman's 2.31 before going to OMJ's new ROM? More importantly, do I need to have something OTHER than CokeMan's 2.31 to flash the Sprint Leaked ROM and btw, which exact link did you use to get the Sprint leaked ROM?
Please explain...

Hi Deegimus. At the time of installation I had reverted back to a OMJ's 6.1 Stock Sprint ROM without GPS, which required me to install CokeMan's older .40 SPL.

The leaked rom is at http://ppckitchen.org/misc/V3.02.rar

My steps where as follows...

1. Install CokeMan's 2.31 SPL

2. Flash with RUU_Vogue_4350_PPST_SpeciallNBH_SPRINT_WWE_3.02.65 1.2_Radio_435011_3.37.15_AM_NV_SPCS_1.33_0823_Test .exe (included in V3.02.rar)

3. Flash OMJ's OMJ.WM6.1.GPS.OEM.Sprint.NEW.exe

I did not install anything else.

Garmin Mobile XT, Google Maps and Microsoft Live all recognized the GPS without the need to "prime or kickstart" the GPS.

Satelite locks were all under a minute and tested in both San Jose, CA and Las Vegas, NV.

Call it luck, call it what you will, this is the best combination I've seen for my device.

Thats exactly what I did, and I still cannot get a lock no matter what I try.
Are you simply opening Google and selecting "use GPS"?

Has your luck stayed the same for a few days now? I wound up with the problem everyone else has that the gps just stopped... but I think "priming" with gpsviewer seems to have solved that issue for me.
