When i put it in bootloader mode, it still says spl-0.40.coke. I have tried flashing the 2.31 unlocker several times, and it never changes from 0.40 the new one. Should I run the 0.40 unlocker again to relock it, then try the 2.31 one? Im not really a person to ask for help but im stumped and have been without a phone since 6 oclock yesterday |

First off hard reset your phone .................. Leave it connected to you pc ......... When the device boots up to the tap here to get started ... you are not gonna tap .......... then wait for async to see the phone ... then run the 2.31 unlocker ..... when that process is over your phone should reboot when it does disconnect it .......... I'm waiting on your reply

Re: Titan 3.35.04 radio
ok, i did this, and it boots as normal, i can even navigate through the phone, then it reboots. BOotloader still says 0.40coke.
There is def a problem somewhere, the first time it loaded htc home and all of the plug-ins, and the second time it loaded HTC home but didnt load the rest, and rebooted.. what should my bootloader read? 2.31? Last edited by Success100; 04-30-2008 at 09:42 AM. |

Re: Titan 3.35.04 radio
Okay, here is my take so far with the new hybrid ROM:
1. Like the basic set up – looks good and the programs JD kept in/added are very appropriate. I do wish pocket word was left in though. Otherwise, very “unbloated” and I still have more room left over then I have ever had with any setup…Excellent JD! 2. GPS seems to work a lot better (although not totally perfect). Locked in about 2-3 minutes without GPS Viewer (I didn’t even try that yet – I probably will tonight). Kept lock throughout my whole ride to work this AM when yesterday, under the GPSTest ROM it had a lot of trouble and accuracy was way off. A bit sunnier today but probably not enough to really increase performance that much over yesterday. So, seems good so far. 3. REVA/internet speed. My speeds have dropped considerably. I have been seeing 200-300kb/s in my condo compared to ~700kb/s under the old rom. Downtown speeds are a bit faster with the new ROM (~700kb/s) but probably not where they should be. I do not think I have optimized my server settings. If someone wouldn’t mind telling me how, that’d be great. I noticed that I have 2 data networks set up (one called Data Network and the other called Data Networks). Not sure which one to use. I think to change the server I have to go to manage connections, forward through everything until I get to (server) address and change it there but I am not sure what the best server to use for chicago. Can anyone point me in the right direction? 4. Lockups – only experienced one (screen) lockup – buttons work but touchscreen froze. Not sure what happen there, it happened one time with the GPSTest rom too but I am not too worried about it. The overall performance at times feels a bit sluggish but it might have been from something I added?? Otherwise, very nice! I am really looking forward to an official release from Sprint that JD can pick apart and add in the goodies and take out the bloat. |
