alright man heres what you are gonna do ...........

First off hard reset your phone ..................

Leave it connected to you pc .........

When the device boots up to the tap here to get started ... you are not gonna tap ..........

then wait for async to see the phone ... then run the 2.31 unlocker .....
when that process is over your phone should reboot when it does disconnect
