More complicated. You gotta have a 3.xx ROM already loaded (which most of us do now), then you gotta downgrade the SPL with the 0.40 unlocker, flash the radio, then use the 2.31 unlocker, then flash the new ROM lol.

so would i be utterly stupid to go ahead and do that now? i understand what needs to be done... or should i just be patient?

hey Mindfrost...i saw the 3.35.04radio.rar in JD's directory, is that the radio u using? Also seems like u upping the hybrid rom as well eh?

Flashing the new ROM now.

I'll be heading home at 4pm CST, so if I can get this loaded and tested a little bit before I leave I will post the instructions. But after that I probably won't be able to help anyone until about 8pm.

Its not a 4 hour commute, but I have to spend time with my wife and 10 month old son until he goes to bed lol....plus eat dinner.

nokry56 - Its up to you if you want to try it, but you might want to wait for the tutorial just in case.
