Re: Mustan-Tech - WM6.1 v3 (with GPS & Rev. A)

On my VzW I get that no GPS receiver can be found on the device and it is not showing in the comm manager.

Also on the shortcuts (?) menu, on the HTC Touch Today snap-in, there is no option to add the comm manager into the shortcut menu.

Is there anyway to turn the batter gauge off at the top? I don't really care for it. Reg edit?

Also would like to be able to switch back to large start menu... sorry if these have been covered.

Are there ROMs available for the games that were removed?

Re: Mustan-Tech - WM6.1 v3 (with GPS & Rev. A)

I personally am still getting some keyboard kinks when I type on the Touch Keyboard the suggested Xt9 words come out all funky and when I press on them it doesn't give me the output that I actually pressed on.. I dunno whats up with it but I tried softresetting a few times with no luck, any chance someone could point me in the direction of the touch keyboard cab? I sure would appreciate it

To try to answer some of your questions I would reccomend you to go into your GPS settings under control panel and make sure ur phone is controlling ur GPS automatically and make sure that ur GPS program is operating under COM4 or is automatically controlled through the control panel settings

As far as the battery gauge goes, I personally find it helpful and visually attractive but if you really don't like it I think you can find the cab for it and install it and then go right back and uninstall it or just find a ROM that doesn't have it on there.

Same with the large start menu, either get the ROM specially cooked without it, find the cab and go an reinstall/uninstall.

Good Luck

I'll probably switch to the simple (stripped) version of the ROM since Voice Commander doesn't seem to work with my headset.

I've got all the GPS settings correct. Google just told me that my GPS receiver is having trouble tracking GPS satellites. At least thats a new error...

Re: Mustan-Tech - WM6.1 v3 (with GPS & Rev. A)

Just tried JD's rom with Titan radio, didn't like JD's rom at all. Mustan keep your rom simple as it is with worthy tweaks and it will be an awesome rom!

BTW Mustan's rom works with the Titan radio (I'm using it right now)
