How-To Get GPS/Rev A on Sprint Touch

I don't get it. Ive seen at least 10 people ask about how to get there internet connection working again after letting customization run and not a single person responded with an answer or even the slightest bit of help. Did anyone get it working again? I'm asking because I obviously have the same problem after letting customizations run Ive lost internet. Doesn't anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?

I'd like to make fun of all the people out there who weren't quick enough to reset their phone before the customization and now don't have any internet on their phone. . . except Having been without data for around a month now, I feel your pain. So at long last here it is (at least for Sprint users):

1.) Flash back to a Sprint rom. (Maybe it will work with your provider as well.) This time I did let it run customizations.
2.) Go to Start/Settings/Phone/Services/Internet/Get Settings . . ./Client Initiated IOTA [or something like that]
3.) Check IE and see if you have the web.
4.) Flash back to the Altell rom.
5.) This time reset it after it asks for a password and before it runs the customizations.


If you use the sprint rom I did you may find your phone will turn on once, but after that it locks off and all you have is a flashing green led. Just do a soft reset and pick up where you left off in the steps above.
