How-To Get GPS Working Everytime:
- Download Holux GPS Viewer (free)
- Run that program before you run any other GPS program
- Set it to Com4 and click Open
- Be near a window to get a fast lock on GPS (mine still works inside my house though)
- When you start to see what looks like lat/long in the display minimize it (don't close it)
- Now run Google Maps (or any other app) and set it to Com4 (or automatic should work too)
- It should pickup GPS right away since the GPS Viewer already has the locks
- Remember to close the Holux GPS Viewer when you're done or it'll constantly use GPS and drain your battery!

Yay

it worked!!!

Thank you

At first it found about 12 satellites but could not triangulate so I stood outside for 20min and it finally said Acquiring: 3D. Tried google Maps and it showed me about 50 feet from where I am and its constantly bobbing around, same with Google Navigator, Live Search, and GarminXT, lol hopefully it will get better before I start driving with it, or else Ill drive into a store window or something

.
On another note Rev A doesn't seem much faster. Previosly I had around 760kbps down and 125kbps up. Now I have 900kbps down and 240kbps up, I thought that uploading would go up to 1000kbps. Oh and btw I'm in NYC so there is plenty of Rev A here.
