Maybe I am installing the Unlock Cert's wrong. I use File Explorer, open #1, it flashes something at the top quickly, then goes back to File Explorer. I click #2, the cab installs, I press ok. I click #3, it does the same quick flash as #1, then moves right back to File explorer. Am I installing #1 / 3 right?

I am, #2 is a cab file though, which is the cab file I am referring to (not the HTC_GPS_ENABLE one)
