Sorry, but if you haven't backed up your data before a hard reset your images are lost. If you have your contacts in the computer (or use mail2web) you can sync them back though. Did you actually flash a rom and perform a hard reset, or just do the unlocking?

As CokeMan said earlier, I'm afraid Mike you've lost your data. You might be in luck if your Touch was configured to sync "files" with your PC. I found that this way, some files will be on your computer .... and you might just need to resync with the same computer to have 'em back. Don't take my word for it but it's worth giving it a shot

You should have a folder on your desktop that links to the files... its name is based on what your device name was... ie., "windowsmobile8's documents" find that folder and then find the new folder AS created and replace all the files in that folder with the files from the old folder. Then hook up the device and it should sync everything back.

Unlocking question

P.S. Thanks willysp!

ImCokeMan,
You do great work.
Just trying to understand...
If I use your unlocking program will I be able to access all of the settings in my phone? In other words, when I type ##778# to pull up the phone's internal settings, it asks me for an unlock code. (This is the MSL code, right? The one not easily gotten from Sprint?) Does your ROM bypass that step?

Thanks,
DJ

Nothing bypasses that.

Easiest way to get your MSL... call up tech support and tell them your phone randomly reset itself today and that its back to the way it was when it left the factory and you need to reprogram it.

Obviously, don't call them from the cell phone or they'll know you're lying.

This was how I got mine.

There's also a program called GetSPC - search the forum for it.

new to all of this.....

How would I install this program. I am really new to all of this. I got my Sprint Touch yesterday and all I have on it is google maps and siriuswm5. I already downloaded the program and want to install JD's custom touch. How would I do that. Thanks
