I finally found a reason to cook a ROM - but I have no cooking experience. .NET Compact Framework 3.5 is out, our Touch's seem to include 3.0. Would anyone care to cook something up or point me in the right direction?

Yes but you will need need to configure wap and mms for verizon otherwise after OTA you will only have the PRL, voice, and text. I have cooked several customs for cricket how all with working wap and mms using arcsoft 3.0.26.11c from the alltel mogul.

If you use this unlocker on a sprint htc touch, could you then use an at&t simcard on it?

No, this is an unlocker for custom roms it cannot make the CDMA phone work on a GSM network (sprint=cdma att=gsm)
