The Boot Loader of Mogul allow to run rtask a command so we can actually make Phone SuperCID by command

rtask a (Activate Radio Interface)
writeCID 00000000 (Replaces SPCS_001 with 00000000)
readCID (reads as 00000000 if Last Command Successfull)

Please Work out for the Solution rtask and writeCID command is needed Urgently to Port this Device to Different Networks across the World

hetaldp i'm using Sprint HTC Touch outside the USA and works fine... and still on the sprint stock rom... works with no problem except for sending sms in Arabic... i can't send arabic sms although i have installed the arabizer program... english sms works fine tho... all i did is change the some settings in the PRL to get rid of the roaming triangle and that's it

It works because your operator must have NO ROAMING AGREEMENT BETWEEN SPRINT so it ESN and registred it for your Service over OTA Activation Process

So from my understanding you need to unlock your phone in order to be able to flash with new rom

Take Sd card out when running the unlocker to avoid that. It copies the file to SD card because there were some that were having USB issues. You still have to run the full unlocker program the file on SD card won't do it by itself.

ImCoKeMaN thanks for the reply dude.. what i did is removed the SD card and entered the bootloader mode (because with the SD it won't go into bootloader mode) and then flashed the stock sprint rom and all worked... so if i want to do that again i run the unlocker without the SD card right? and do i have to use windows XP or vista is ok? because my brother used vista on his and got that screen.. but for my device i used xp and didn't remove the sd card and it's fat16 unlike his fat32!

Fat32 is what makes the voguimg.nbh load, you can delete it from his SD card. Vista works fine with the right drivers.

I've used Vogue Unlocker under Vista and left my SD Card inside and everything worked fine. But now when I flashed the ROM i removed the SD Card just to be safe
