I must say, Excellent job my friend... I must tell you though. As a manager at a local Radioshack and also working for Sprint Sales, I have been taking my notebook computer to work every day and part of my sales pitch for the Touch is "I will upgrade your phone to Windows Mobile 6.1 for FREE today if you buy the Touch from me." just be careful you wouldn't want someone to try to return the phone only to find out the warranty is voided

This is very true but at the same time, I also keep an original Sprint OEM ROM saved on my notebook computer as well which will effectively re-lock the device and restore the warranty. I hope I never come across that situation but... **As a salesman you always have to be prepared the for the worst**

If I were you I would only mention wm6.1 If the customer asks for it.
it is not wise to be using it as a sales push
honestly I believe you're taking too many risks doing this

Problem with that is the average consumer who may be interested in the Touch has no idea their phone can be upgraded to WM6.1.

I always instruct customers that if they are having issues with the phone after they purchase it come and see me and I will do everything I can to remedy the issue.

IMHO if they don't know about wm6.1, they probably don't need it
