the main problem was with the calc98 app, the link you gave provided an exe, out of which i was able to extract a cab. the only problem was that im not exactly sure that the cab contained all the necessary files. i googled it to find a plain cab option and found a few, but im not sure if i trust them.

and...no i dont think that anyone has done that. i was just looking into how to do it, but as im not all that good with making oems into cabs (can only do very simple ones right now), im afraid i cant help you out there either.

you should be able, however, to just copy the .jar/.jar files that are downloadable from operas site onto your phone and run them thru java.

The cab is built into the rom, just copy it out of the test rom

sorry about that I mean it is in the leaked Rom not the kitchen. But I assume if he wants the OEM pacakge he would use it in the kitchen, and not to mention this thread is for requesting OEMs not CABs
