I need to flash back to Verizon, but when I downloaded the Verizon file on the first page and went through the whole flash process to 100% and my phoen reset...it gets stuck on that page where theres a baker with a funny hat pinching his lip. Any ideas??

I heard I may need to "relock" the phone...I am unsure how to do this...I just ran the RUU utility with the file I downloaded.

Please help...Everytime I get stuck at that baker screen..I end up reflashing back to 6.1 withouth internet

I want to get back to stock Verizon...so all the Alltell settings will be removed. Then go through the whole process and soft reset after the Alltell install
u need to downgrade your radio I think, using cokes 0.40 unlocker first.

Re: Stock rom links for cdma touch

Hi im trying to get a Sprint touch to work on a u.s. cellular network. Do i necessarily need to put a u.s. cell rom on the phone to do customizations for it to work? or can i keep my own custom sprint rom and tell u.s. cell to put my esn from the vogue on my plan? and in thar case would i probabaly have data and text message problems?

thanks

Re: Stock rom links for cdma touch

I'm on the Telecom NZ network ...

what I want to do is flash with the Altell rom to get GPS and RevA.. and then flash the ripped telecom rom you have in your Roms section.. as its a ripped and not signed will I have any problems (as it shouldn't contain radios)? Will I still have GPS and RevA if I flash back the orignal(ripped) rom?

Re: Stock rom links for cdma touch

ok.. maybe a dumb question. but i have a extra htc locked phone(ens) and would like to use it as a tester.. if the esn is locked from sprint, is it a lost cose for a different carrier?
maybe sell it to a freind on att or something?

Re: Stock rom links for cdma touch

Updated.

They changed the path and now you can't browse the full downloads folder like before. Oh well at least the old links work when you change to the following prefix even if they aren't the current rom (both bell links in first page work now) with http://handsets.utstar.com/downloads/ at the beginning

Re: Stock rom links for cdma touch

Im curious, I still have the good old sprint stock rom on my touch, would it be possible to load that into the kitchen and take out all the extra sprint stuff i never use, and maybe add in some other stuff? And if it is possible do you think it would cause warranty issues?
