i think he has usually had the thin ones, and there is a sprint customization cab that you can run that i heard of once that changes that and a few other things...google it? idk...

I will second this. I downloaded and installed 20.1 the hour it was posted and I have had absolutely no lockups. GPS has worked within under 30 seconds (Live Maps is amazing for tracking via GPS and giving turn by turn directions). I've talked on the phone extensively on the handset and via bluetooth headset for long periods of time - no issues or dropped calls. I've been browsing the internet with Opera Mobile 9.5 and get calls just fine while browsing. No real issues at all. Fantastic work.

Balkar - You need to go back to the Touchpal website and download the .cab for a windows mobile device running 6.1.... that should clear everything up.

Re: Derek's ROM v19 w/ GPS - Updated 04-30-08

Do any of you guys use TCPMP (any version) or Core Player successfully with this ROM? I am having issues running v0.72 and Beta v0.81. It crashes everytime I try to start it up and I get a crash error notification. I also tried Core Player and it just doesnt start up when I click on it at all. Any suggestions or is this case isolated?

Re: Derek's ROM v19 w/ GPS - Updated 04-30-08

Hugo - I haven't been able to use tcmp or core either with this rom, but that is really my only gripe. I believe the HTC video that is on this ROM conflicts with tcmp/core.

Derek???? Any ideas on this?

Any ideas Derek? I really miss the TCPMP/Core Player. First time I haven't been able to use it.

Never used it, so don't really know what might be conflicting.

Re: Derek's ROM v19 w/ GPS - Updated 04-30-08

Best ROM out in my opinion!!!

The only thing I'm trying to figure out is if I use Google Maps it gives me a error about in needs a data connection. I have internet (surfing and email with Seven is good and solid) If I use Sprint NAV it works fine. I tried another Custom ROM and Google Maps works good, but for some reason it errors out with this one.
