Perfect! The only think i can't find is the long-press end key... is it there and i'm just missing it? The cab version sucks as it changes the soft key also (to end key or something like that)

Do you take requests? I know you probably have your OWN life and don't have time to cater to requests (and this ROM is basically perfect for me). But IF you are looking for a fun way to kill some time my dream ROM would include:
1)WM wait icon (small, but i'm not a fan of the HTC wait icon)
2)latest version of Resco Explorer
3)HTC long-press end key
4)most updated version of Sprint TV

I can't tell you how much I love the vibrating dial pad... now i don't know how I lived without it! Thanks for this great ROM...

Also, on a more random note, has anyone had any trouble with Sprite Backup not restoring your info properly? The last several times I have used it, either it took more than 5 hours to make a backup, or there were some weird anomalies after restore. For example, the last time I restored from a backup (yesterday) i found that I couldn't install any programs (all of the installations were unsuccessful) even after a soft reset. Also, the uninstall info was missing from all of my programs... is this a new 6.1 incompatibility with Sprite Backup?

Thanks! This is the version I have, but for some reason, it takes over the right soft key as well. No biggie, i guess, I installed it and used the reg edits from here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...oft+key&page=2

but the file path for contacts is windows\RandomAccess.exe

Great!

hey, i just noticed a strange and replicable problem. I'm not sure if this is specific to your ROM or to 6.1, but I have noticed that sometimes, when I hit the OK button (upper right corner of a secondary program window) it closes the program, rather than closing the window. For example, when I'm in poutlook, if I open up a message to read, usually when I'm done all I have to do is hit the OK button and it takes me back to the main message list window. However, when i click OK it is exiting the program rather than taking me back to the main program window. I have noticed this in at least three different applications now (poutlook email and sms, and splashID, cant think of the other one just now...). Have you seen this at all?? Any ideas for how to fix it?

I know exactly what you're talking about.....I believe that is from Task Mgr, when I used it, I always set it to close with a short press, but I think if you use the default long press, it wont do this.........that's one of the reasons why switched to quickmenu

Ditto!
I use QuickMenu and love it! Perhaps it has a place in ver 4.

but I definately didn't see this behavior in 6.0... do you think we might have a bad version of task manager?
