Upgraded to v7, and I am getting crazy pop up errors... same one as always.

All I did was plug it in to activesync and it set it to sync calendar and contacts with my XP desktop (not exchange).

Here is a typical burst of errors:

Cannot execute repllog.exe
Cannot execute tskschedule.exe
Cannot execute calnot.exe
Cannot execute repllog.exe
Cannot execute clocknot.exe
Cannot execute clocknot.exe
Cannot execute tskschedule.exe

Not sure how to do that.
I tried extracting the reg file in several different ways from the phone and w/ Pocket Controller, and it always shows up as a hex.
Let me know if I can do something different to export the registry.

I used this registry (with all the hex code) in an RGU file when I was cooking roms for my 6700 and it worked fine.
Whatever the "hex" part is, I know it has to do w/ what's actually typed, because I tried changing the other parts of that registry setting in an RGU file for my 6700 roms, but when I would flash, the info that actually showed up, was what the hex portion had.
So, when I would create a rom for someone else, I would first type in their Owner Info, and export the registry so I would have the correct hex code.
I plan to flash later today w/ an XML file included in the UC, and I'll post back whether or not the owner info worked.

Download the MemMaid (DinarSoft) free trial and install. Open MemMaid and go to the Notification Queue (2nd tab from the left). Select "Find"-> "Find Duplicates". MemMaid will likely find 1 or more duplicate entries and will automatically put a check mark next to them. Select "Delete" to remove the duplicate entries.

I had 3 duplicates under "Event Based" notifications which was causing the same errors that you've listed.

Edit: By the way, I'm also running the new OMJ V7 ROM. Just flashed the ROM last night.

Thank you for the excellent ROM! I installed it last night and it looks good so far. Only issue I've had was with duplicate notification queue entries. I think MemMaid has fixed that issue for me.

OMJ,

thanks for the ROM. I'm not sure if you've read my recent post about WM6.1 and Windows Live, but it appears that your ROM doesn't have this problem. Not sure what you did, but it's working for me.

Did you do anything special to get it working?

ever since i upgraded to v7 i have been experiencing problems. Programs that I have registered somehow become unregistered, its deleting files and freezing up. I cant count the number of times i have had to hard reset and reflash myrom today. Do you know what the problem may be?

is there a way to get the UC to automatically install these files to my SD card instead of my phone?

Not sure if it was something I installed or not, but with the new v7 I've had the "stuck in standby" issue happen to me twice, I didn't have that issue in any other ROM.

I also had a weird thing with the battery. The guage would show full, if I tapped on it it would show 0 and if I plugged it in, the light didn't turn amber to show it was charging. I removed the 1% hack and the solid QVGA battery guage and now that seems better.

I'll see if that was also related to the standby issue.

Thanks, I ran this today. Hopefully that is the end of the error pop ups.
