lol ya i tried that, i have a pic for each, but the boot screen for cricket still remains instead of mine.

Try it once with a clean ROM. (ie. Don't check anything...) Something could be throwing it off, but I don't know what. I will check over at PPCK and see if this has been seen before!

Sorry to post this so late, I'm a noob to this flashing phones thing.
I have the HTC Touch first gen from Sprint and am now with Cricket and wanting to flash to their service. Can you just point me to the beginning guild to starting this whole process. Thanks in advance.

Try flashing a Shipped Sprint ROM but don't allow customization to run. As long as you soft reset before the customization you'll be good.

but the links don't work there, gone thru all pages and can't figure that part out, any new links...seems kinda old

nvm went to MS website and found the info from there to update to 3.5cf

thanks for the info, saw that in the post too but wasn't sure where to get the other file that was for the desktop, i have my msl now
