I dont know,man.Im confused.Just flashed this ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=600819
And it does the same thing-freezing at timezone....
Im using Vista and mobile center from disc that came with Vogue.
On 23506_v4 it goes through...
I'll test wooptie's ROM...
