Weird stuck on black Touch Pro bootup screen problem

maybe do that then do the "clear storage" in the rom. every chef says that the method you did and the "clear storage" method are completely different.

Having similar issues ran the flashdance game, flashed the stock hard reset it at least 3 times waited then flashed the latest Longhorn rom hard reset another 3 times. Now after anywhere an hour to several hours not able to open any programs would soft reset then the phone freezes up at the touch pro load up screen with the red lettering at the bottom. Been doing this with indagroove, longhorn, and older energy rom I had saved all same results. Going to flash back to stock let it run for awhile to see if it does the same, oh and with in all of this only installed opera 10 beta and the xm program from over at XDA.

pulled an all-nighter other nit with stingstreet. he was having same issue. he ended up flashing back to stock, and it freezing at touchpro screen. he then put in bootloader and relocked his phone. that did the trick. he then unlocked it and flashed his rom of choice. i say, give it a try.

I am going to flash to stock rom, hard reset, then clear storage, then hard reset, then relock, unlock, then flash to whatever rom I want and report. Jeez.

So far seems to be working as normal.

edit: well as soon as I typed that started doing the same thing as before, taking it back to stock now

I think I finally fixed this issue. Here is a link to the thread I started with a tutorial at the end. Thanks for the suggestions guys!
