Screen Stuck at Touch Pro

I believe i bricked my phone. It gets to the screen where it says Touch Pro and it stays like that for a good 15 seconds before it reboots. I was, and still am, able to reach the BootLoader screen thus leading me to googling all over and try many ways to fix my problem. Is there a way to fix it at all?
