wrong forum. but its not a rom issue its a hardware issue time to warranty it. you can try removing the battery and pinch real hard on the back of phone and space bar(this could re-seat your ribbon.or there is a method here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=62876 where you can pull your phone apart and tape it to get better connection. i recommend warratny though if its still under warranty.
