So my 5th Touch Pro is broke !!! :D

Yay! My fifth Alltel Touch Pro broke! /sarcasm.....
Okay so when my 4th one broke, I told verizon I was fed up. I told them I did not want a refurbished phone, and that this would be my last touch pro. He told me okay, and that he would look into an upgrade for me if it breaks again.
So, I got a refurbished touch pro, The screen's responsiveness pretty much sucked. and the screen's colors were weird. But I decided to keep it for awhile because I figured it wouldnt last too long. I was right! My keyboard broke again. Now I flashed back to stock ROM, and I relocked my device. (is there a way to be sure it is locked?)

Now Im going back to verizon, possibly today. Is it possible I can get a Droid Eris out of this? Because Im only 16, I can tell they feel like they can take advantage of me, and I dont like to be mean. Is this a time where I should probably step up and take charge? Last time when I was explaining my situation, he already placed the order for a replacement. I dont want this touch pro ANYMORE. I bought mine in June, and im on my 5th one. Im fed up, and I dont want a touch pro 2 either, I want the droid eris. Im sick of this phone only because of my problems. Help/advice?

So I went and the lady actually went through and found ways for my whole family to upgrade actually! Haha, So Im getting the Droid Eris (which ill probably just buy on a 1 year contract) and my brother will get the Moto Droid, and my mom and dad, well are getting crap phones like they usually do.
