Once the account or upgrade is all set up, just call Sprint and have them apply your corporated discount instead.

Edit: I guess I'm the only one on PPCgeeks that thinks this is a good deal. IMO much easier than trying to convince Sprint to replace your TP (as in the other threads)... and you get to keep your old TP to sell later so you actually can make money on the upgrade.

I have a replacement coming for my TP do you think anything wrong will happen if I get the tp2 in my hands first? Like my TP will still be activated so the insurance is still good right? At least untill I turn on the TP2. Right?

I'm not sure what state the TP2 will arrive. But I have a feeling that I have to call to activate it (or do it online) because my old TP is still working and my account still shows TP as my phone.

But the insurance replacement TP might be a different story. I've never had a phone replaced by insurance so I'm not really sure.

I don't know what it depends on, but sometimes you get NIB and others refurb.

I dropped my titan and f'd up one of the buttons on the left side. I didn't know sprint would have covered that (because it didn't look damaged, the button was just stuck!) so I paid $100 and got another one. That replacement was a refurb that had a damaged screen... so i called right away (asurion) and they said no problem, and sent me a NIB titan! I was like score 2x everything now!

Unfortunately, not everyone is so lucky. But I did ask specifically for a NIB because I had received a damaged screen.

OK the brand new TP2 is in my hands and is charging as I type.
Although I haven't seen my next bill to see the 20% discount, in my book, this deal is officially legit.
Off to the TP2 threads I go.

...blame it on Indagroove. I never though about upgrading until he upgraded and stopped doing his ROMs for the TP. Glad this deal came around when it did.

I agree.. I ordered my TP2 thru this website on 11/25, got an email to my corporate email address that I put in when I signed up. They said someone would call me with a follow up, that never happened but I just got the TP 2 today!!! BRand new.. and $63 was charged to my spring account ($49 for the phone and the extra was shipping and activation)! So this worked for sure! Thank you guys for the info. Guess I am gonna sell my 2 month old touch pro now too!!

Congrats! looks like the word is spreading but this still seems like this is a ppcgeek secret. I would have though everyone would have jumped all over this, esp after reading how many people are just bangin' their heads with Sprint to get a TP2 replacement. (perhaps they are all SERO users.) This upgrade seems soooooo much easier, and you end up making money if you sell your TP.
