well i can tell you what i have to do since i have the same problem,first off im on energy rom so i don't know if you have the feature cooked in, under my tools folder there is a fast charge enable/disable toggle that is enabled when or after a flash,after i disable it it dosen't kick me off anymore,i dunno if it has something to do with our gimped versions of the tp,or if the fast charge causes the usb to overheat...........mine gets really hot when fast charge enabled


so maybe this will work for you
