did I just brick my phone - please help!

I have VZ (CDMA) HTC PRO, I in the past sucessfully unlocked and than upgraded to WM 6.5 (MightyMike). But it started having some issues after a while, so I tried to flush with another WM 6.5.1 (EnergyROM). It went fine trought the process but when it rebooted it is stuck at starting Verizon Wireless startap screen where it shows me the build number and ROM number etc. Never boots up. I tried soft reset (button on bottom), battery removal, etc.

Help! Please!

Can I flush it with OEM ROM? When I try it says can not connect to my phone (you have to be in active sync with phone to start and I can't boot to be in USB active sync)....

So you can put it in bootloader mode, but it won't go to USB instead of Serial/your computer doesn't recognize it?

Its probably not compatible with the verizon tp. go through the thread and see if anybody with a vzw tp also has this problem. Get ur phone in bootloader mode to flash to another ROM.

OK, so that is maybe what I can do but don't know how - I'll search the threads but if you can point me to how to go to bootloader mode, that woud be great. Thanks!

Hold down the volume down button and the power button at the same time. While holding those two down use the stylus and hit the soft reset button. Continue to hold the power button and volume down buttons until you see the red, blue and green screen.

If the phone resets instead of going into bootloader you must not have been holding the buttons down right. Try it again.

Or

If the phone is already off, just hold down the volume down and power button at the same time until you see the bootloader screen (red, blue and green).

you need a stock rom in .exe form ...

enter bootloader moder plug up the phone and then click a stock .exe rom

My understanding is its virtually impossible to brick these phones. There not like PSPs. The key is to remain calm and do as these guys say too the tee.
