Hold down the volume down button and the power button at the same time. While holding those two down use the stylus and hit the soft reset button. Continue to hold the power button and volume down buttons until you see the red, blue and green screen.

If the phone resets instead of going into bootloader you must not have been holding the buttons down right. Try it again.

Or

If the phone is already off, just hold down the volume down and power button at the same time until you see the bootloader screen (red, blue and green).
