Camera refresh rate?

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone had this issue, but it seems the camera doesn't display fluidly. Such that when taking the picture, it seems to have trouble with holding a steady preview. When taking a picture, it appears to be off focus.

Thinking it might be something simple to resolve, but wanted to get your opinion on it.
